The Insiarti Tomato
Insiarti tomatoes are a type of heirloom tomato. Only about 12 farmers still grow the variety, including one in ohio who runs a farm called forgotten heirlooms. Henry inciarti was a relative of anna's great grandfather and he and his family settled in chicago. His inciarty tomatoes continue to be grown in the united states, but they are increasingly rare.
