The Supreme Court Isn't Enforced by the Federal Constitution
The supreme court technically doesn't have any enforcement power. It essentially relies on the co operation of the executive branch. If there's full fledged consensus within the executive branch to ignore the court, this could be done. The only way to negate their power is to add justices who have better politics and dilute the influence of the court's conservatives. You don't tinker with rules.
