How to Read Scripture
I was thinking about my brother who did this once with Emerson. He effectively only read one Emerson essay for 30 days and thought about the world Emerson Lee for 30 days. I think it's a technically a text I'd recommend doing it with a choice. So how we write theology typically whether it's exegetical commentaries or systematic theology as we typically call them at a theology. When we do these things we go in a mode of abstraction typically whereas when you read an Augustine's confessions or his commentaries even for that matter when you read St. Anselms proselogium, the form of a prayer in which you search is for God for the face of God Psalm
