Tiktok is a machine learning tool used to curate content. It has many of the same advantages as Twitter, but with less human intervention. But it can also have some negative side effects that are hard to fix through humans. Al Roker: We lost something special when we left link base curation. Can't go back to a pure two thousand five blogsphere world. Couldn't there be a market for this more human web?
