High Capacity Magazines

I would love to see more legislation, a by partisan legislation on how we regulate or restrict purchase of semi automatic rifles with high capacity magazines. As ryan said, sometimes you get nailed for calling it an assault weapon. I don't think the appetite is there yet in d c. Ah, but i think safe storage is definitely possible.
