The Survey Was a Quick Wind
A, but it wasn't until we did the survey and got really candid fee back from people around the impact of some of that, that we were able to take action. And so one of the things that we learned was that, a, they didn't like the chairs. We're like, oh my gosh, look at three quarters of this team has roffens or they're bringing forward like chairs. Ah, it was an investment of the organization to purchase the chairs,. But it was the act of saying, you know, we heard you, and and you're important, and this is one thing that we can do that's a really quick wind.
