I think anything that can transfer income to households will reduce the amount of damage caused by the collapse in demand through COVID-19. The question here in China is really, are you getting relief to the right people, to the right groups? And as I said, you really have to boost the demand. Keeping companies open doesn't really solve the problem. It's better than nothing. But the problem is that those companies are not able to sell because there's no demand. We can postpone the problem by creating liquidity for smaller companies, but we're not really solving the fundamental problem.
