I look at least three different options, and i give each question a point value. If the answer is fulfilled by that tool, they get a point. So the one that gets the highest point o value wins. The other reason why i use this method is because it removes me from the decision making process. Iam using a system, it's almost like i'm making a decision for another person's business. By having a actual protocol or pucure process, which are these four questions and the system, it allows you to feel more confident that you are making the right decision.
