Conversation and litic role play method is used to tra professionals of all kinds. So how authentic are conversations that are simulated? Do they look like the real thing? If they don't, and someone is being assessed on what they do in as simulation, that could be problematic if they're failing the simulation. What's the point of assimulation if it's not actually managing to reproduce an authentic interaction? What are you actually learning? So these are tricky questions. And i think it's solving a particular kind of problem that is endemic in the world of communication training and guidance.
