The Importance of Slow Motion Thinking in Marketing

I didn't spend that much time on the big marketing with vision or the big brand vision because I know three months later they will come in a new person doing that all again. The investing culture we have like for example our lunch, free lunch at Mentimeter which is an investment in building relations and building trust between people but it's very slow motions. Then when I came into marketing I realized like oh my god this is such a gamification and extrinsic motivation gameWhich was very strange for me because I'm more used to being like intrinsically motivated like by impact and learning  and those kind of things like slow motions.
