Cabiar was building all these bases for the troops, and they were having electrical problems. 18 soldiers were killed by being electrocuted in showers that were built by k b r. They weren't walking in there with toaster ovens. Thisis what you get when you have no checks and balances,. government is running the show, and they're just throwing money at problems without actually getting to the core of the problems.
