Nancy Kean's book Forged in Crisis which is Dietrich von Bonhoeffer, Rachel Carlson, Frederick Douglas, Shackleton and Lincoln. They were just scared shitless flying blind going on their best guess but they shaped the course of history from incredibly humble mortal, balable positions. Everybody has blind spots by definition I can't see some things about myself that other people can see about me so if you want to not have your life if you know you will appoint out your blind spots continuously. No amount of self-inquiry though you should do lots of it will give you the same thing that other people's feedback can. It doesn't mean listen to everything that every hater
