i really enjoyed a not having read any of the prior pieces by andy grove. i think ther, you know, t in academia, sometimes things move a little slow. might be a bit of a challenge to get the data actually on a continuous basis but something definite to think about that we could improve. I can't even imagine it, like if you were going to go and say to somebody, well, here's a demotion because we want you to do better, especially with what's been happening since the pandamic with kind of the for of labor right now, i don't see it working.
