The Science of Happiness, Mindfulness, and Apologies

Doctor sanna risvy wanted to see if practising mindfulness could change that and make people more apt to apologize. She recruited a hundred and 20 undergrads do an on line experiment. Half of the students were instructed to complete a 15 minute guided practice in ful breathing. The other half were given a mind wandering exercise. Mindfulness fosters apology because it reduces the offenders negative self focus opens doors for these perhaps sense making processes which allow us to consider the needs of victims.
