Edward is fascinated by the fact that the C9 C6 C7 still exists. The membership of it has been you know aging baby aging a lot of the members of aged off or dropped off for other reasons and not really been replaced which is why it went down to from nine to six to now seven. I honestly expected when pray to Cartier Evangelion was promulgated I thought we'd just get like a liner note in the bulletino saying "the Council of Cardinal advisors is dissolved but there's still meeting" But they talked about some stuff but none of it was important, he says.
