Is This Really a Collaboration Document?

CNN's John Sutter is working on an iPad app that allows users to doodle and share images. He says it could be used for collaboration, but he doesn't know if people will use it right now. "I want this to be, I think if it became more powerful, I could see this becoming sort of like my Twilight Tharp type box," said Sutter.
