Dr. Gomberg, what are some of the data parameters we look for when assessing decompensation and RV dysfunction? Could you maybe take us to her echoey cat numbers and your initial thoughts on those? This is a dramatic case and I'm guessing based on your intro, Rachel, that she was an on meds at that time or not on very many meds because this is really dramatic.
