Change Is Coming to Every Industry
Many small business owners really do want to change. So why is it so hard? One of the reasons i started speaking on this topic is that i would go into many small businesses who asked me for help. We'd lay out a detailed plan, and then almost nothing would happen. I believe that people only change when ther're enough pain. If there's not enough pain, people aren't likely to change. Also, with change, it brings more work, or people have to work harder. Plus would change, i'm going into the unknown. There's an old expression that goes, it's better the devili know then the devil i don't know. And especially for small business
