Matt Love: I have an operating real estate business. It's a single-member LLC in Georgia. Purchasing an Airbnb, 635K in Tennessee in two weeks. Question is whether to keep the same LLC and file foreign in Tennessee to incorporate the Airbnb operation into Tennessee or file an entire new single purpose LLC in Tennessee.
