Group identity is really what shapes their daily work life. Often those group objectives for workers are more about union objectives than about the national objectives. We want them to feel that they're contributing to the group performance in a significant so they feel that their work doesn't just matter for its own sake, but matters for the mission. And we want them to share in the rewards of the group achieving the mission. So when the organization does well, they personally do well. They don't feel like theyre just basely working for the man and then he touch us a bit, just on a social satisfaction and fil motivation.
