In 18 58, an english sweet maker named joseph neil accidentally arsenic poisoned about 200 people, 20 of them died. It was really common practice at the time to fill out candies with like, tasteless, inert substances. But even if you avoided these tainted candies or and these other things, how could you have lived in the late 17 hundreds and 18 hundreds and not been exposed to high levels of arsenic? Supposedly some hair samples of napoleon, who died in 18 21 of stomach cancer.
