The GOP's Concerned About Abortion Access
I don't think that we're going to see row codified. A lot will come down to who wins the presidency in 2024. If an anti-abortion Republican was to win, there are a lot of less well-known, less sort of publicized guidance and letters of direction that the Biden administration has issued. And I do think that that is why you're seeing these moderate Republicans so concerned.
