This is an influencer specific tactic that does not work for 95% of your team. If you lead with do me a favor, I really don't want to because you're a taker and you're always asking me to do stuff for you. So if it's all about favors, well, what happens if I don't get favors? I can't do this business. And so number one, only for influencers. Number two, it's robbing that person from learning business.
