Do You Have a Systemic Approach to One on One's?
I try to let it flow organically, unless there's something specific that needs to be talked about. One of the first examples i had of somebody who looked like me in the industry that i could look up to was erica baker,. She was actually one of the first black engineers that i saw when i was inturning at goble and we got confused with each other while i wasinturning.
