When I first started coaching, I didn't realize that my psychoanalytic repetition compulsion background was going to come into direct play. One client had this sort of rags to riches story and we got kind of figured out he was just repeating his whole life and every day is trading. And once we unraveled that, he stopped doing that. But fractal emotions. That's what these repetitive emotions are. You have this little pattern like you have in the little tiny piece of broccoli and it gets, you know, reapplied at a different scale in a different situation but the core pattern is there.
