i think scepticism is the right word to use here. Thankfully, when clients signe on with refined labs, i actually see a lot of excitement. But that scepticism is always sort of the underlying elephant in the room. If you don't have that insight, you're going to not nail it as quickly as you could if you're bringing that inside in. So i think there's ways to sort of get in front of what could be more like sort of slower start to the effectiveness of your demand generation efforts.
