The Importance of Faceting Race in the Workplace
After George Floyd, there was suddenly the moratorium on not talking about race and issues around race in the workplace was lifted for a moment. In some ways, that was good for a minute, it was like, ah, we can talk about this. And then it made things even more complicated because you have to, because it didn't things and change necessarily. What is talking about it? Do is that making better worse? What does that do? That's a great question. But I think people feeling is that you did get a chance to open the door to this to talk about it. The jury is still out on that.
