What do you recommend people to do on a dayto-day basis? It was sort of an interesting point in my life as as a scientist, and i know you have narro science roots as well. Once you understand the pressures that drive this behaviour, then you sort of have the framework for reversing that and creating new habits. There's both external and internal pressures. How do you monitor and manage the anxiety and the boredom and the desire for high, higher degrees of productivity o driving you from that side of the equation?
