A lot of problems I see in startups are because the companies does not have a vision and a strategy. Because there is no vision in a strategy, people in the department or in the company in the startup as a whole are not guided enough in their decisions. The vision is where we want to be, it's a golden, shiny place in the future. And the strategy is how do we get there?
