When we go from 1.8 million donkeys in Kenya to 800,000, nothing's being done then. Cobis: The impact is so acute, so painful, so disproportionate in terms of gender and on rural farmers. And it also shows a lot of these kind of embedded problems that face African governments even when they try to crackdown on this kind of trade.
