Upskilling and Re Skilling

Upskilling is not a dramatic retooling. It's something that you're making constant progression in your career. We're constantly up skilling by learning new things. A lot of what you have learned isn't relevant at to jobs. And we're seeing this become incredibly important right because a whole job sectors are being wiped out with technology.
