Lean and Six Sigma - What Change Management Techniques Are Particularly Helpful?
The five principles of lean sigma, it started to make a lot of sense to me. And the first one is specify value in the eyes of the client. The fifth one is continuously improved in pursuit and perfection. So I think this idea of specifying value, then reduce waste and variation, then make that value flow at the pull of the client has been very successful for us.
