What Kind of Society Do We Live In?
Wendy brown's in the ruins of neo liberalism, a book that i recently interviewed her about. She discusses how neo liberalism denies the existence of society. If there is no society, complaints about social injustice get caricatured as 'whining' This all provokes the question of what sort of society we live in. I'm not sure it contradicts brown's work, but maybe picks up on something that she doesn't quite explicitly resolve.
