The Evolution of Laughter
The first appearance of laughter is wherever you find it in humans, apes and rats. It always first appears in interactions with babies. You can't just walk the streets tickling babies. The babies are only going to let certain people tickle them. But also, you can't tickle yourself. So, it's from the very, very outset, laughter is something that is completely driven by a lot of people.
