The Dynamic of Being a Small Content Creator

I'm generally not in favor of it because students, people that graduate degrees are the biggest like income winners in society. The average earnings between a bachelor degree in high school is a million dollars over a lifetime. Even if you don't get a job in your specialty, you're still often compensated higher for your degree. I just don't have a very strong opinion on student loans or anything I think that has to do with cost of living in cities as we have a really hard time building more houses or apartments in this country.
