The Difference Between Practices and Practices

The power of the practice bilds through repetition. When you need them least, you generally have the most band with and a psychological access to embrace these practices. The more automatic they are, the more likely they are to happen every day. Once i start my breathing practices, though, i want to be fully present in them. I don't want them to happen automatically. I want to have my mind focused and aware on my breath. That is where the greatest benefit comes from.
