Sleep Routine Advice for Athletes?
Sleep should be a plan in your training. Protect your sleep. It's very important for you to get adequate sleep so you can perform the next day. Take it seriously and let everybody else in the family know, this is part of my training. Just like i don't go outn have ice cream as part of his training, i don't sleep deprive myself. I do the same thing with people on ships, fire fighters, police, medical students.
