Obama Isn't Going to Be a Net Loss, Right?

The president is not up for re election, but it's obviously these off your elections are always a referendum on the sitting president. So what does it mean? Does it mean that, even though the republicans don't deserve it, they might make some serious advances in 20 22? I mean, it's going to take nothing to make so called serious advances. And right now we really need at least half the judges to be semi decent because of this situation. It turns out that judges are even more important than we may have realized.
