Dominion Machines - I Don't Think This Is Actual Malice

The Supreme Court should not look at loosening the actual mal-a standard in New York Times to be Sullivan. Fox is trying to accomplish that a number of ways, including arguing conspiracy theories about Dominion machines aren't that implausible. The timeline makes a lot of sense when this stuff was coming out within Fox and when people within Fox were saying, "We can't go with this any longer"
