If you're already recruiting all the fibers with a horizontal movement pattern, then that doesn't leave a lot of room to optimize above that. So what happens, at least based on EMG research, like electromyography, we see that muscle activity does not really increase or only marginally increases if you're doing more an incline type fly or press in the upper fibers. You're not actually training the upper fibers much more. Skolovers are an exercise that even my clients still confuse for Skolcrutchers, but I should have chosen a different name for that.
