A two teer system is basically a system of having first class versus second class employees. Those who spend time in the office or anr more on sight, would be treated as first class and feel left out. One thing to be cognizant of is to put in that extra effort to keep track of what everyone is working on. And most importantly, over communicate with them to compensate for that lack of face to face in action.
