Building a Business Is Not Secular at All
When i came in, there were a bunch of things to me that seemd somewhat obvious. One of the lessons that i've learned working with founders is a lot of building a business is not secy at all. And so for instance, some of the things that i found was, you know, wildly under optimized, pricing. Gating features, if you're in the soft word business, is a massively effective way of shaping what plans people land on and shaping where they need to go.
