If you're holding ice it hurts like an m or f or like it is the worst okay and especially for people who utilize physiological coping mechanisms like cutting burning etc. Even if you don't struggle with self-harm try to hold ice in your hands so that you will not be able to think about anything else how long do you do that for just until you can't anymore?
