I was just thinking to your first point thereabout a sense of common identity and a an common ah, a common life that's been threatened. It is very illuminating to think about how on a football pitch you have teams who now have competing interests. And in that context, the rules and the referee, the structure of the game, the order of the game becomes all the more important. Both teams, with their competitive interests, can enjoy the good of the game.
