I've done, i've done lots of different health things for short periods that you know, probably more of a discipline issue than the actual programm working. A lot of people pursue these health ventures that have an end line, like these 30 day, 60 day or just like random help. And those can be good, and sometimes they can jump start it. But as far as the diets en, the health goes, it's usually more beneficial to pursue something that actually has like a life style behind it.
