Is There a Need for Inventory Data?
The housing market is so much different than the run up to 2005. Total inventory data has been falling since 2012. The only time we saw growth actually was in 2014. And we're still below 2019 levels as a country just because homeowners are set, right? So it's an entire different conversation.
