The Strongest Dissenting Argument on the Constitution

Sotomayor's argument that the constitution doesn't actually require outright color blindness weakens Thomas' arguments. The only thing for me to make me change my mind about UNC is it was taking diversity into account. I don't think universities are truly interested in diversity, but tokenism does not help. Jackson brought up all these accurate descriptions of people in the United States and now we should jump ahead with this plan? But the automatic jumping forward isn't what I'm saying.
