It's important to really take a look at your protein sources if you're avoiding all animal products just to make sure that you're getting all of your ducks in a row. You'll probably want to skew toward a higher total protein intake and make those meals have a little bit more protein than you otherwise would if you were eating animal protein. It doesn't mean you know if you're vegetarian or vegan that you're totally screwed in your diet’s bad and you won't get huge, we know it can be done and eat the science backs up as well.
