The Theme of Confession in Chapter 23

The theme of confession comes through even with the demons who are like, what do you want with us, son of god? It's matthew's drawing on the old testament and reason and the evidence about jesus. There seems to be some element that, as may be, also manifest in him telling people early on in his ministry, not to go tell other people about what they saw, but iscreetly just receive this miracle.
