The Importance of Resume Disclosures

Autistic people are severely underemployed slash unemployed. This is a worldwide issue, I'm hearing the country I live in in Australia it's like something like eight times the unemployment rate. We don't live in a fantasy world where employers are just pushing each other out of the way just dying to hire autistic people. Put your best foot forward, you get the job, you don't get the job. But you get it on your own merits. On you as a person. You can hire me or you can not hire me. Whatever. It's up to you but I want a job. Like I'm an autistic person. It's hard to get jobs. I want
